Thought / The Spell / The Hive Mind / The Cult

11/11/2025

Let me just preface this by acknowledging that I'm well aware some people will think I'm arrogant or entitled by what I'm about to say. I say these things anyway because the points I'm trying to make are more important than preserving any self-image. In these virtuous times, it is expected of you to feign humbleness and kindness, but I've always seen through this because it is more about control and stifling peoples' natural voice than something coming from a place of goodness.

It is not easy for me to speak about this Music since I am so close to it. Yet at the same time I know how it comes through me and how it is created and that gives me a certain objective perspective to talk about it in this context. Through my experiences of trying to get this Music out into the world and reach people, I've gained insights into the way this global cult (which is considered normal society) has people under a spell. It starts with thought. Thought is really the core ingredient of this matrix. All our thoughts are given to us by the culture. No thought can be called your own. The words you were taught as a child are from a limited pool and who teaches you them? The education system. You then go through the rest of your life framing everything you experience through the filter of these words. This can be seen very clearly when you leave school and have to choose a job or career. The system makes it seem like you have a choice but each option is within a set rigid framework - accountant, plumber, taxi driver, musician, actor, shop assistant, etc...

Human beings are not rigid creatures that easily fit into boxes. The only purpose these boxes serve is to create some sort of artificial order, which we call society. So people have to be forced into accepting these limitations and it is done at such an early age that by the time we are adults, it is ingrained and automatic. For most people but a rare few who refuse to accept the conditioning.

This then plays out in all kinds of ways throughout society with hardly anybody noticing. Since Music is my thing, I observe the ways it plays out there. For instance, in trying to encourage people to do something simple and natural like buying my Music directly from me, it seems people are incredibly resistant to this. What could be more natural? I make something you like, I offer it directly to you for a reasonable price (an exchange of energy) and you buy. You get something you enjoy and which may enrich your life in some way and I get a form of useful energy (money) in return which allows me to keep creating more of that in a reasonably comfortable environment. A simple, direct interaction between two human beings.

Because of conditioning, it is not so simple. People are used to a middleman in this process. They are used to someone else handing it to them on a plate. They are used to someone else telling them it is good first. Someone else validating it. That is a sign of mind control. That is a sign they cannot think for themselves. In the old days, it might be that the NME or Melody Maker or some TV show hasn't validated it. It might be that the radio hasn't played this song several times a day for the last few months. Now it's more likely to be that the song only has 100 views on YouTube, a handful of streams on Spotify or the artist hardly has any subscribers. That means the song can't be good because the listener hasn't had it validated by what they believe is a credible source. Because since you were young, you've been used to some 'expert' or 'authority' telling you what is good for you and what is not. This applies in every area of life. The doctor knows more about your own body than you do. The politician knows how you should be living more than you do. Or so you've been told.

It's in this way that people never actually see or hear what is there. This filter of conditioning is like a veil so that if you present them with a song, they literally don't hear what is there, they hear the ideas that have been programmed into them - "if this was good I would have heard about it already and he wouldn't only have 100 views". But you see how this is a vicious cycle? If nobody takes a chance and breaks through the conditioning then how is it supposed to get known? The system isn't going to tell you it's good if the artist isn't working for them obviously! It's not arrogance at all that I say these things and you know, one of the main reasons I keep going and will not stop, aside from the inner certainty I have, is that so many times I have posted a song of mine on social media, somebody has left a nice comment and liked it on the social media platform but when I check out my stats from the site the song was posted there is no sign of a play. It has happened so many times over the years and in fact, it happened again today on Twitter/X. There was a conversation about spiritual parasites and it brought to my mind my song "Conquering Lion" because of the lines "Parasites who feed off of our Light / Cut their ties and starve them on sight". So I felt it was appropriate to post it, and the woman who I was responding to liked the post and even replied "love this!" but when I went to look at my YouTube real-time stats there was no sign of the song having been played.

If lot's of people were playing this Music but it was going nowhere then I might start to doubt myself but when everything is so fake and people aren't even listening in the first place, how can I take the apparent rejection seriously? Then you have those who do claim to like it and listen but disappear as soon as you don't return whatever favour they are looking for. In either case, these are not the people I'm trying to reach. When I bought albums and got into artists in my younger years, I never expected anything from them in return. The music was enough.

Everything points to an agenda to stop this being heard and getting through and as the years have went on, that has become more and more apparent. Take for example, my latest release 'Through The City'. "Burn The Bridges", the second song on the EP, has turned out to be so obviously a classic type of 80s synthpop track in the vein of Don Henley's "Boys Of Summer", Ultravox's "Dancing With Tears In My Eyes" or Kim Carnes "Bette Davis Eyes". I'm not claiming it is better or worse than those songs, it is not for me to say, but objectively I think what you can say for sure is if those songs are what they are, then "Burn The Bridges" should be getting way more views and attention than it is currently. Over the years, other people have said such things to me about songs like "Come and Go" or "Satellites". I've had comparisons with Neil Finn, The Beatles, Travis, Coldplay and many artists that are considered classic or legendary. What is the one major difference between me and those artists? They were all part of the industry machine, signed to record labels, pushed heavily into the public consciousness.

If you still doubt what I'm saying, consider this...

Prince Andrew of the Royal Family in the UK has been embroiled in a long-running scandal connecting him to the late paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. They have only recently removed him of his title and royal duties. Yet the vast majority of the British public still support the Royal Family. Despite the fact that this same family was also connected to another notorious paedophile and one of the UK's most prolific sexual predators, Jimmy Savile. Who worked for the BBC for years amongst many other sexual predators at that organisation. The BBC have been hit by scandal after scandal in recent years, the latest being doctored footage of Donald Trump. This institution was one of the most highly regarded in UK culture and yet the penny has still not dropped to most of the public that these recurring themes between two huge British institutions are connected and should be further investigated.

If the public are unable to see the elephant in the room on this scale, then it is totally plausible that they are missing what's in front of them with this Music.

There is no reason why I shouldn't be more successful in those terms at this stage. I haven't been hiding away. My work has been available online since the Seven Worlds 'Head Above Water' days back in 2003. Granted, in those days less people were using the internet, but now that can no longer be an excuse. It is on all the major platforms, I have my own website, I have a social media presence. People may say times have changed musically and yet plenty people still stream and listen to songs like "Boys Of Summer" to this day. Then you may argue nostalgia is playing a part, because those songs take people back to those times, but that only strengthens my point about conditioning. Those songs were so heavily pushed onto people back in the 80s, played over and over on the radio, they didn't just release them and see how it goes. Some industry type people decided for whatever reasons, these are the songs the public must hear and literally brainwashed the public. I'm not saying anything against these songs - I grew up with them and enjoy them. Yet younger audiences are still discovering these songs outside of their original context. They don't have the nostalgia factor but the system conditioning is still there because they are told about them as 'classic songs' or they are passed down from parents.

The argument could be made that there is a saturation of indie musicians now, more people than ever before making music because it's much more accessible. Yet some of those artists still acquire huge followings and can make a living. How? By the same means as the older, established artists. They play the system game and are in turn heavily promoted. But I thought it was about Music? A great song is a great song, surely?

The more you go into this the more you realise it has very little to do with Music. Just as the mainstream medical system has very little to do with health. Maybe I have too much faith in people, which is ironic given that I've been accused several times of not liking people, but I would've thought if a song is really good, someone will enthusiastically buy that song or pass it onto other people and by word of mouth it spreads. That would seem how it should naturally go if the world wasn't the way it is. My take on it is it doesn't because the brainwashing by the global cult runs so deep that it doesn't even need the gatekeepers higher up, within positions of power at the social media platforms and music industry, to filter out musicians like me. That's just one level of it. Before you even get to that, the ordinary person on the street will do the work of the system's gatekeeping for them, because their individual mind is literally the system mind (the hive mind). As I said earlier, no thought is your own. So every thought they have will be a product of the system mind. The beauty of the song will likely pass them by because they are not present and listening. Their mind is geared to whatever is trending, whatever next fix they can get from their dealer, the system. They can't fathom that a guy in my situation could possibly produce something as good as the system established, validated artists because otherwise everyone would know about it. There is a saying that the "cream will rise to the top" and that is true, but only if it is uninhibited from rising to the top. If there are filters and gatekeepers in place then it's a different story.

There is this idea, again given by the system, that if you do what I'm doing then you are lacking in ambition, you don't really want it. They want your energy working for them, which is why they say this. We are so used to people being driven and ambitious at all costs for 'society' that we don't recognise there are other ways of going about things. Why wouldn't I want plenty people to be moved by what I create? Maybe I just want to put it out, do a little self-promotion and don't want my art shoved down your throat, forced upon you by the corporate system. Maybe I just want you to discover it for yourself and share it with others because you want to. Now that I've said this, some will, of course, say I'm just being clever with words, trying to manipulate you a different way. In an ideal world, I'd rather remain silent and let you discover it all for yourself but because the manipulation and bias coming from the system is so overbearing and persistent, I feel compelled to speak out.

The only way this is going to change is if enough people can break the spell, break through their conditioned mind and start operating from their natural mind, which is the mind of the Heart and the Being. This can only be accessed when you are present, your attention in the moment, and the noise from the system mind is quietened. Then you will hear and see what is in front of you for what it is and can decide for yourself. I feel I am creating quality Music and so I have no worries on that front. Given a fair chance, I feel there are plenty people this Music would benefit and enrich if it could reach them and if they truly listened. So I say all of this not just as promotion of my own personal thing but in all areas of life. I would love to see people reclaim themselves, which is the main thing my Music is always pointing to.
