The Downfall Of Celebrities
1/11/2025
Reading this article in the Daily Mail today prompted me to write this because for several years now I've noticed a massive amount of cynicism towards celebrity culture, and more importantly, towards artists or creative people of all kinds.
The article is here: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14272077/celebrity-los-angeles-california-fires-MAUREEN-CALLAHAN.html
I had seen the story about Mandy Moore looking for donations for her own family yesterday. So when I clicked on this article today I was curious to see the journalist's take on it. The first few sentences were fine until she got to "one of whom is a 'touring musician' with a baby on the way. Maybe he should get a real job. Just a thought."
Why drop that in there? It's not really anything to do with the main point of the article. It is, however, a sentiment I've seen increasingly expressed in the comments section of the Daily Mail in recent times. A resentment towards creative people, towards celebrities that has occurred in parallel with an increase in praise of other industries like the medical system, the scientific world and more "proper jobs".
It is, of course, ridiculous that Mandy Moore is advertising a GoFundMe for $60,000 for her family when she is supposedly a multi-millionaire but why single out one of her relatives because he is a musician? What's that got to do with it?
I wouldn't mind if these journalists also pointed out the pointlessness of politicians, the pointlessness of the mainstream media. If they pointed out how much harm the mainstream medical system has done to the world. If they investigated just how deep the political corruption goes. Warned us of the so-called scientific progress that has led us to the beginning of a dystopian nightmare. Will they do all of this? Of course not, because they are part of it. What hypocrites! You write for the Daily Mail, whose whole existence relies on celebrity culture!
Remember, people like Mandy Moore start out as actors, singers, musicians, writers, etc until the mainstream media turn them into celebrities. Their job is "actor", "singer", "musician", "writer". Celebrity is not a job title and if it has become one then organisations like the Daily Mail have encouraged that.
When I look through my life at what has made living on Earth such a chore and a bore, celebrities are the least of the problem. For better or worse, at least they have given many people some joy. It is because we have politicians and scientists and all kinds of "serious people" meddling in the affairs of everybody's lives, trying to control and steer humanity in the direction they would like that we need celebrities. One group of people builds a world that is so tough, so corrupt, so hard to live in that people then need some respite from it in a temporary form - called entertainment. I am getting sick of the finger being pointed at creative, artistic people whilst the real problem is ignored.
Who is pulling the strings of these celebrities? That question is never examined in the mainstream media. If the celebrities are fake what does that say about the people behind them? Celebrities don't just spring out of nowhere, they are supported, rewarded and encouraged by the mainstream media, connected to politics and all the other major players in world affairs. If that wasn't the case then why were so many celebrities promoting the vaccine? What was Live Aid all about? It's all one big club.
They use each other when necessary and they turn on each other when necessary. The goal always remains the same - to control the masses. So Daily Mail likes to flaunt celebrity lifestyles endlessly all year round then on occasions like this attack them and in both cases it has the same effect on the population. It keeps people divided which makes it easier for the system to force it's agendas through.
Many truth seekers would not have made it to this point had it not been for the art in our lives. Our favourite songs, tv shows, films, etc have provided little glimpses of joy in an otherwise dreary existence. We can debate the motives of the creators of these works, question whether they sold their soul, been bought by the system, but the FEELING you get when you listen or look at their work is real. We shouldn't become cynical about that part of it. Yes, there is lot's of pseudo-art, made by clever minds with specific intentions, but I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about creations which stand the test of time, which can clearly be felt to be coming from a place of goodness.
People will say "but doctors save lives". Yes, but so do musicians and other creative types. Perhaps even more lives, it just can't be measured as easily. Many people have been close to suicide but their favourite song kept them going. Or a movie reminded them of how great life could be. Meanwhile, medical people and science people have killed millions. Remember, these kinds of people are all about avoiding death while creative people are all about living life. It's not for nothing this system of control is often referred to as a 'Death Cult'.
The neglect of artists in these times is in parallel with the rise of transhumanism. We are still, by and large, in human bodies at this point but we are already acting more robotic. Art's decreasing importance in society and science's increasing importance is evidence of that.
It is inevitable that celebrity culture will crumble because it is connected so deeply to the political systems which are also crumbling and perhaps what is happening in L.A. right now with the wildfires is a further reflection of that (or a convenient way to Build Back Better a new 15 minute smart city in time for the 2028 Olympics?). That will take care of itself. It is not the celebrities who are dictating my everyday living. Making up laws that say I can't go here or there without this or that. Deciding there are too many people on the planet and that we need to get rid of them, forcing A.I. on us and talking about implanting technology in the human body. These are the people we should be focussing on and examining their every move. Why doesn't the Daily Mail follow Bill Gates or Elon Musk or any of these unelected leaders around the way it does with Kate Beckinsale, Britney Spears, Heidi Klum or the Beckhams?
The answer... they are not 'celebrities' so readers wouldn't be as interested? Doesn't that say something? That perhaps entertainers mean more to peoples' lives than political and science people? Or that the mainstream media has created this dilemna? Any angle you come at it, you inevitably end up at the same destination. It's all an illusion they've created to rob us of truly living our own lives.

"Ridicule and glory in the mail / Read it everyday to watch them fail"
