Both these tracks were some of the earliest pieces of music I wrote, when I was starting out in the late 90s. Prior to this release they had only ever been recorded as very crude 4-track cassette demos. I felt it was time to record them properly and so both were recorded in June 2020. The term Spirit means 'to breathe'.
