Christmas (C'mon)
12/18/2025
The single "Christmas (C'mon)" is a Christmas song with a message of unity in adverse times. I wanted it also to work as an old-style folky winter song in general.
The first version was recorded way back in 2003 and featured as a bonus track on the Seven Worlds EP 'Head Above Water'.

I'd completely forgot about the song for many years until it popped into my head in Paris 2011 as my then partner Kate and I moved around Europe. We re-recorded it with new lyrics as SoulJahm in that same period in Paris, finishing it up in Berlin. It became the first official SoulJahm release.

With better gear and a chance to improve on the SoulJahm recording, I re-recorded it solo in 2018, releasing it that year before being presented with an opportunity to create a video the following year.

A live acoustic version from 2015...

Finally, two more Christmas-related live concerts you may have overlooked. The first one was on Christmas Day 2015 and the second is some years later, also on Christmas Day, during the crazy scamdemic years.
So whether you celebrate it or not, wishing you all a very joyful festive period!
